History

ETI GUM’s development began in the second half of the 1990s, when ETI d.d. joined its business interests with a company Bartog. Establishment of an ETI subsidiary combined a twenty-year experience in the field of plastic products’ manufacture with the knowledge of processing rubber compounds. In only a ten-year’s time this subsidiary evolved into well-known supplier of plasticproducts, intended for different industrial branches.

1998	Beginning of operation and acquiring the status of company employing the disabled
1999	Implementation of Quality Management System Certificate ISO 9001
2000	Introduction and implementation of Environmental Management Certificate ISO 14001
2001	Implementation of quality in all work positions
2002	Beginning of implementation of Process Approach and Company Reorganization
2002	100% ownership by parent company ETI d.d.
2003	Introduction and Certification according to ISO TS 16949 Standard
2004	Introducing the 5 pillars of quality according to ISO TS 16949
2005	Acceptance of Company’s strategic plan 2006 to 2010
2006	Recertification according to standards ISO 16949 and ISO 9001:2000
2007	Insertion of rubber injection using DEFLEX technology
2008	Purchased supplier status: MAHLE Austria and Trimo Trebnje
2009	Successful recertification assessment of the company according to the standard ISo TS 16949/02, ISO 9001/00 and ISO 14001/04 by BVC Slovenia
2010	The first year of operation of the expanded company with three pillars of production (manufacture of plastic and rubber products, tools and devices and disassembly), which increased the volume of business by more than 100%
2011	Developed and adopted strategy for the development of the company's operation for the period 2011-2015 and the start of the cycle of modernization of the machine park - realized investment in the production of plastic and tool shop department
2012	In line with the adopted strategy for 2011-2015, the production of rubber products has been sold - a greater focus and specialization in the field of plastic injection, tool making and machine building
2013	Due to the sale of rubber products, ETI GUM d.o.o. renamed to ETI PROPLAST d.o.o.
2015	4.0 Industry implementation - paperless production on the department of plastic products
2017	Reorganization in department of tools and devices
